Regulations of the Lucy structure
The licence number of the structure in question is as follows 011015-LT-2744
The following are the rules of the structure that must be accepted in order to proceed with the booking and therefore with the stay.
Check-in time
18:00 – 20:00
Check-out time
8:00 – 11:00
Cancellation/Prepayment
Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to your arrival at the facility, after that date they are considered confirmed with payment as follows:
- Payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay to the IBAN account provided by the establishment at least 10 days before your arrival in order to block the accommodation you have chosen.
- Payment of the remaining 50% of the total amount due for the stay, at least one week before your arrival, to the iban account communicated by the establishment, in order to definitively confirm the booking of your stay.
Once the payment (partial or total) has been made, it will no longer be possible to recover the amount paid. We ask that the local tourist tax be paid in cash when the guest arrives at the property.
A cash deposit of 50 euros is required on arrival for the protection of the property.
Children and bedding
Conditions for children: no children allowed
Conditions for baby cots: no baby cots allowed in this property
Terms and conditions for extra beds: 1 extra bed can be added to this accommodation on request according with the property manager
Minimum age
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed, violation of this rule will result in the deduction of the security deposit of 20 euros.
Events and parties
Parties/events are not permitted, breaking this rule will result in a deduction of 20 euros from the deposit.
Pets
Animals are not allowed
Protection of the facility
Damage to the facility’s furniture or systems will result in a deduction from the deposit in accordance with the amount of the damage.
Wi-Fi Connection
You can use the fast internet in the property free of charge
Parking
Located in the small historic town centre, behind the marina. This strategic location is restricted and protected. Cars are not allowed to enter the building where the rooms are located. It is therefore forbidden to enter the building’s gates by car, in order not to incur a municipal fine. The building does not have private parking, but it is possible to leave your car in the following three ways:
- Private guarded car park located 100 metres from the structure at a cost of 15 euros per day (recommended by europark.com).
- Free public car park located 150 metres from the hotel, where there are blue striped parking bays.
- Public pay car park 50 metres from the facility, where there are white striped car parks.
Services
The structure offers additional services that can be used by prior arrangement with the structure itself.
- Certified tourist guide, registered in the region, who offers private tours on request or group tours.
- Organisation of boat trips with private skipper
