The Gardens of La Spezia are a focal point of the city since 1823 and have welcomed many famous people, even King Vittorio Emanuele II with his family, political figures such as Cavour have walked in this pleasant place carefully designed to beautify the ‘entrance to the historic center.
The garden includes details that in a fun way we will discover together accompanied by expert guide and personal trainer that with their skills will make us have fun and discover, making an intense workout but suitable for everyone, a ‘great event to start 2025.
