Regulations of the Violet structure

Below are the rules of the establishment, which must be accepted in order to proceed with the booking and the stay
Check-in time
16.30 – 20:00, please inform the property of your arrival time
It is possible to request an early check-in from 14:00, by agreement with the host to check feasibility. Check-in is possible until 21:30 (with an extra charge of 30 euros) and at the discretion of the property.
Guests will not be allowed to enter the property after 9.30pm.
Guests must show identification document upon check-in.
Check-out time
8:30 – 10:30
Cancellation/Prepayment
Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival at the property, after which they are considered confirmed upon payment as follows:
- Payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay (by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the structure) thirty days before arrival.
- Payment of the remaining 50% as the balance of the amount due, ten days before arrival, by bank transfer to the IBAN account provided by the establishment.
Once the payment (partial or total) has been made, it will not be possible to cancel the amount paid.
Upon arrival at the facility, guests are requested to pay the local tourist tax in cash.
A cash payment of 100 euros is requested on arrival as a deposit for any minor damage to the objects or the accommodation, which will be returned after a check of the condition of the accommodation.
Children and bedding
Conditions for children: children of all ages are welcome, but must be communicated to the accommodation in advance.
Conditions for baby cots: no baby cots allowed in this property
Extra bed policy: This property has one double bed, one sofa bed and one cot depending on the number of guests staying.
Minimum age
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, failure to comply with this rule will result in a 20 euro deduction from the deposit.
Special attention should also be paid to outdoor smoking, as the entire area is monitored for fire hazards.
Events and parties
Parties/events are not permitted, breaking this rule will result in a deduction of 20 euros from the deposit.
Pets
Animals are not allowed
Protection of the facility
Damage to the facility’s furniture or systems will result in a deduction from the deposit in accordance with the amount of the damage.
Wi-Fi Connection
You can use the internet free of charge with a USB stick.
Parking
The accommodation is located in a natural park. In order to reach it, it is necessary to walk through a stretch of nature. This allows you to stay in a completely independent house and enjoy total relaxation and exclusivity. The route is exclusively pedestrian and the house can only be reached on foot (about 250 metres from the main village square).
The car can be parked along the road or in the Portovenere public car park in the ‘Cavo’ area. From here you can take the shuttle bus to Piazza Bastreri, the main square of Portovenere, from where you can access the private road.
The cost of parking in Portovenere varies according to the area, the cheapest being that of ‘Cavo’, with a daily payment of 10 euros, with the possibility of a one-off payment, even weekly.
Services
The hostel offers the following additional services, which it is possible to participate in after having agreed with the hostel:
- Certified tourist guide, registered in the region, who offers private tours on request or group tours in Italian, English and French.
- Organisation of boat trips with private skipper
It is possible to reach the public beach of Portovenere on foot or by ferry to the island of Palmaria, in front of Portovenere.
From the small port of Portovenere, ferries leave for La Spezia, Lerici, 5 Terre and the neighbouring villages, making the journey very comfortable and relaxing, without the stress of parking, which is difficult to find, especially during the summer period.
