Regulations for the Linus structure

The following are the rules of the structure that must be accepted in order to proceed with the booking and therefore with the stay.
Check-in time
Apartments: 16 – 20, please inform the property of your arrival time in advance
Copper Room: 14.30 – 17.30, please inform the property of your arrival time in advance.
È At the discretion of the property, it is also possible to request a late check-in until 21:00 for an additional fee of EUR 30.
It is not possible to enter the property after 9pm
Upon check-in, guests will be required to show identification document
Check-out time
8:00 – 10:00
Cancellation/Prepayment
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay must be paid ten days before arrival on the bank account indicated by the structure to reserve the room/apartment.
One week before your arrival, in order to confirm the booking of your stay, it is necessary to proceed with the payment of the total amount due for the stay to the IBAN bank account communicated by the property.
It will not be possible to recover the amount once payment (partial or total) has been made. If possible, the property reserves the right to agree with the guest on an alternative date for the payment.
Upon arrival at the facility, guests are requested to pay the local tourist tax in cash.
For the protection of the facility, a cash deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival.
Children and bedding
Conditions for children: children under 3 years are not allowed.
Conditions for baby cots: A 110×65 cot is available in the property.
Extra bed policy: 1 extra bed is possible in this property after contacting the property manager.
Minimum age
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction of the security deposit of 20 euros.
Events and parties
Parties/events are not allowed, breach of this rule will result in a deduction of the 250 euro security deposit and immediate eviction.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior notice and agreement with the property.
The price for small dogs (up to 15kg) is an additional 10 Euros per day.
Medium dogs (16 to 25 kg) are charged at 15 euros per day.
The price of large dogs (from 26 kg) is an additional 20 euros per day.
Protection of the facility
Damage to the facility’s furniture or systems will result in a deduction from the deposit in accordance with the amount of the damage.

Parking
The property is located in an area that is easily accessible by car.
It is possible to park your car free of charge in the area surrounding the hotel within the allocated parking spaces.
Services
The hostel offers the following additional services, which it is possible to participate in after having agreed with the hostel:
- Certified local guide, registered in the regional register, who offers private tours on request or group tours in selected areas of interest or in places preferred by the guests.
- Organisation of boat trips with private skipper
