Excursions Calendar Breathe Liguria

The incredible historical and naturalistic scenery of the island of Palmaria, enjoyed during our moments of relaxation.

Portovenere and its 3 islands are one of the most beautiful places in the Gulf of Poets. Come with us to this Unesco World Heritage Site to discover its history and experience an adventure that combines the regenerating power of panoramic trekking with the magic of outdoor yoga.

We will hike among the breathtaking views and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, and then relax with an Anukalana yoga session that will awaken your senses and bring you into harmony with nature.

Departing from Piazza Bastrieri at 9.15 a.m., after a short visit to Portovenere, we will take the ferry to Palmaria (a/r 5 euro not included in the price of the tour), then along the Condannati road we will reach Forte dell’Isola and have some moments of yoga. We will continue the tour to reach the beach again. After a packed lunch, we return to Portovenere at around 16.30.

Graduated in Cultural Heritage from the Catholic University of Milan.
Thanks to my family I have travelled since I was a child and I love to remember Florida, China, Argentina.
I am linked to Liguria through the eyes of those who have gone, grown up and returned.
